The VOLA HV1 was designed in 1968 for the National Bank of Denmark by the Danish architect and designer Arne Jacobsen. The model still looks modern, timeless and is today, more than 40 years later, still chosen by young architects for their new buildings. The design is Iconic, and the taps are produced from the best quality material, as a result they last for generations. This is sustainable design and is in line with the aspirations to be discussed by government representatives from 170 countries at the UN Climate Conference in Copenhagen in December 2009.

The shortage of drinking water tops the list of environmental problems which need to be resolved. The responsibility for water and the need for a bathroom as a place for recuperation and relaxation should not contradict one another. Conscious water consumption is an absolute necessity in our modern world, but comfort and usability in both bathrooms and kitchens is just as important. With VOLA you can have both. The many different valve options offered by VOLA enable the specifier to select the configuration most suitable for the purpose.

Saving water by either switching the flow on/off by sensor (not only saving water but also hygienic when used in public spaces) or use a mixer and combine either with a selection of flow regulators with a flow to your use/taste, they are available from 9 liter per minute to as little as 1.9 liter per minute. Potentially saving over 75% of the water consumed! And it comes in lots of colors and versions (three hole, two controls, one control etc)
