Any bike is a sustainable way of transport but the Footloose, this fun looking foldable hybrid bike might be able to get people out of their cars and on the bike.
The main attraction, for me, is that this foldable bike has no chain. So if you fold it to get it in the bus or train it doesn’t ruin your clothes. You can roll it forward in folded position. It is a hybrid, which means you can load the batteries on the net but, and this is a novelty as well, by alternator directly load the batteries by pedaling. It is built with automotive technology in it. drive by wire, an electronic control unit to adjust speed and adjust to irregularities.
And doesn’t it look sleek? It launched in Korea first, Mando is korean, after that the footloose went global. It won a Best of the Best Red Dot award
